Tough to acquire vintage handwritten, signed note in blue ballpoint pen by the legendary cartoonist who created Dick Tracy, given in 1973 on a 4.75 x 8-inch tan card, printed up with an image of his beloved detective. Accompanied by its original transmittal envelope, hand-addressed by Gould. The card is in good condition, with a hint of toning, and the envelope shows wear along the edges.
