Charming vintage 3.5 x 5.5-inch sepia-tone postcard portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen in 1935. In very fine condition. Tall, rubber-legged dancer and zany comedienne Charlotte Greenwood entered films during the silent era and appeared in some 35 films through the early 1960s, most memorably Stepping Out (1931), Palmy Days (1931), Flying High (1931), Star Dust (1940), Down Argentine Way (1940), The Gang's All Here (1943), Oh, You Beautiful Doll (1949), and Oklahoma! (1955).
