Lovely, husky-voiced English leading actress Joan Greenwood was memorable in films like The Smugglers (1947), Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949), The Importance of Being Earnest (1952), Tom Jones (1963), and The Hound of the Baskervilles (1978).
