Tough to acquire vintage 10x8-inch portrait, looking pretty in her prime, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen in the late 1930s. In good condition, with a minor crease to the right edge and pinholes to all four corners from having previously been tacked inside a frame. Lovely Nan Grey is remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy buffs for her portrayals of Lili in Dracula's Daughter (1936), Lady Alice Barton in Tower of London (1939) and Helen Manson in The Invisible Man Returns (1940).
