Extremely rare vintage black fountain pen signature, given as part of a handwritten return address, on the verso of an off-white envelope, mailed in 1958. In fine condition, with a gentle fold down the center and a few light postal cancellation marks surrounding the writing. Accompanied by a small computer-printed image of the star. Breathtaking brunette bombshell Ruth Hampton-- a model and dancer who was Miss New Jersey in the 1952 Miss USA pageant-- popped up (invariably in parts in which she caused eyes to pop out) in a very small number of films, including Abbott and Costello Go to Mars (1953), The Glenn Miller Story (1954), Johnny Dark (1954), and the Ma and Pa Kettle flick Ricochet Romance (1954).
