Classic Entertainment Autographs

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Highly rare vintage inscribed fountain pen signature on a 4x5-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person by inveterate collector Saul Goodman in the 1930s.  In good condition for its age, with two folds; two tape stains; and some trimming to the upper edge, affecting the last letter of the word "wishes".  Nice for matting.  All-purpose character actor William Harrigan played a mixed bag of authority figures and goons in countless classics of the silent era through the 1960s, including Dr. Arthur Kemp in The Invisible Man (1933), Mac McKay in G-Man (1935), a henchman in The People's Enemy (1935), Ward C. Hughes in The Farmer's Daughter (1947), and Dr. Curran in The Flying Leathernecks (1951).
