Rare vintage green fountain pen signature at the bottom of a 1933 payment distribution agreement with Samuel Goldwyn Studios.  In good condition, with a few light surface crinkles.  Note that the image of the star shown along the scan of the document here is not actually included with the piece.  Plump character actor was memorable in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923), Murders in the Rue Morgue (1932), Doctor X (1932), American Madness (1932), State Fair (1933), Oliver Twist (1934), It Happened One Night (1934), The Lost Jungle (1934), Dante's Inferno (1935), Meet John Doe (1941), The Bride Came C.O.D. (1941), Captive Wild Woman (1943), The Adventures of Mark Twain (1944), and It's a Wonderful Life (1946).  It's for his appearance as Mr. Partridge in the latter film that his autograph is so highly sought.
