RARE and choice vintage 5x7-inch sepia-tone cowboy portrait on horseback, from one of his westerns at R.K.O. in the early 1940s, signed in blue fountain pen in that same era. In good condition. Remembered for films like The Magnificent Ambersons (1942), The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948) and The Monster That Challenged the World (1957), leading man Tim Holt died tragically of bone cancer at the age of 54 and didn't sign too much for fans during his lifetime, making his autograph difficult to acquire in any format.
