Rare vintage 3.25 x 5.5-inch black and white portrait, signed and inscribed in black fountain pen in the early 1950s. In good condition. Plump, ditzy, perpetually-squealing character actress Josephine Hull principally confined herself to the theater, but did grace a few classic films. She was unforgettable in Arsenic and Old Lace (1944), as one of Cary Grant's murderous aunts; Harvey (1950), for which she earned a Best Supporting Actress Oscar; and The Lady from Texas (1951).
