Rather uncommon vintage heavy red colored pencil signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1930s. In good condition, with slight show-through from a signature of actor Frank Craven on the verso. With his machine-gun delivery and street-wise demeanor, silent and Golden Age character actor Roscoe Karns was a veritable scene-stealer in classic films like Beggars of Life (1928), The Shopworn Angel (1928), The Gorilla (1930), Alice in Wonderland (1933), It Happened One Night (1934), Twentieth Century (1934), Night of Mystery (1937), Scandal Street (1938), His Girl Friday (1940), They Drive by Night (1940), Woman of the Year (1942), and Old Acquaintance (1943).
