Uncommon vintage 8x10-inch black and white still portrait from 1962's 40 Pounds of Trouble, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen in the 1970s and adding a reference to the character he so memorably played in Guys and Dolls (1955). In good condition, with a few minor handling dings and some gentle scuffing to the bottom area. Bald, chubby-cheeked character actor Stubby Kaye is also recalled for 'Lil Abner (1956), Cat Ballou (1965), Sweet Charity (1969), and, later in life, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988), in which he played novelty king Marvin Acme, owner of the Ink and Paint Club.
