Highly rare vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature on a 3.25 x 5.5-inch tan postal stationery card, sent to inveterate collector J.G. Van Bramer in 1949. In good condition, with some postal marks around the signature and ink bleeding in areas of the dedication, not affecting the autograph itself. Tall, good-looking Ian Keith was a master silent and early talkie villain, unforgettable as John Wilkes Booth in D.W. Griffith's Abraham Lincoln (1930), and in Three Musketeers (1936, 1948), The Sea Hawk (1940), Five Graves to Cairo (1943), Charlie Chan in The Chinese Cat (1944), Dick Tracy vs. Cueball (1946), Dick Tracy's Dilemma (1947), Forever Amber (1947), It Came from Beneath the Sea (1955), and The Ten Commandments (1956).
