IMPOSSIBLE to find 1994 typed letter by the prodigiously intelligent, but especially merciless Santa Cruz, California serial killer Ed Kemper on both sides of an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet of white typing paper, signed with a handwritten postscript and mailed from the California facility where he has resided since 1973. True crime autograph collectors will also recognize at once the extreme rarity of this piece, as Kemper does not respond to virtually any mail. The person with whom he was corresponding, opening up in an uncharacteristically effusive way, was apparently an attractive woman who had mailed him a letter and candid photograph of herself. In good condition, with light mailing folds and no transmittal envelope.
