Rare vintage 4.25 x 5.5-inch color postcard image of his 1922 piece "Standing Nude with Flowers," sold by the Victoria and Albert Museum, boldly signed at the bottom in black felt-tip pen in his later years. In good condition. Austrian artist, poet and playwright Oskar Kokoschka is remembered for his intensely vivid, expressionistic portraits and landscapes, and his bizarre personal antics, which included having a life-size mannequin commissioned to look exactly like his ex-girlfriend, going around town with it as if it were a living person, and publicly decapitating it.
