Scarce and definitive vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed along the bottom in black fountain pen in the 1970s.  In good condition, with a very mild ding to the lower left-hand corner, invisible when the photo is viewed head-on.  The German-born statesman and political scientist served as the National Security Advisor and, later, concurrently as Secretary of State in the Nixon and Ford administrations.  In 1973, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end the Vietnam War.
