Uncommon vintage blue ballpoint pen signature on 3.75 x 4.25-inch off-white autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1950s. In good condition, with a minute fleck of soiling between two letters of his first name. Larger-than-life Oscar winner Charles Laughton made a number of contributions to the horror, sci-fi and fantasy genres, included  roles in James Whale's The Old Dark House (1932), The Island of Lost Souls (1932) and The Strange Door (1951), which co-starred Boris Karloff.
