Rare vintage 8x10-inch mini-poster for the cult horror flick I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957) on lightweight cardstock, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip marker, also signed and inscribed by co-star Kenny Miller. From the collection of film author and Famous Monsters of Film Land obituary columnist Harris M. Lentz, III. In good condition, with gentle edgewear, and accompanied by a certificate from the the third-party authenticator J.S.A. Handsome Michael Landon starred as the titular lycanthrope in the cult horror flick I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957) two years before landing the plum role of Little Joe Cartwright on T.V.'s "Bonanza" (1959-1973). He left the show to star as Charles Ingalls on the sensitive, spiritually uplifting "Little House on the Prairie" (1974-1983), further cementing his fatherly, saintly image, which came to full fruition with the frankly religious "Highway to Heaven" (1984-1989). The beloved star died tragically of liver and pancreatic cancer at the age of 54 and authentic examples of his heavily-forged signature are highly difficult to come by.
