Vintage signature in blue ballpoint pen on a 3.25 x 5.25-inch lined notebook leaf, acquired in-person by a busy New York City-based autograph hound in the early 1950s. In good condition, with some minor damp-staining to the edges, not affecting the writing. Legendary jazz and pop singer Peggy Lee was also a talented lyricist, collaborating on the score for Disney's Lady and the Tramp (1958), in which she also lent her voice to four characters.
