Rare vintage blue ballpoint pen signature on a 3x5-inch off-white card, dating to the early 1970s. In good conditition, with a faint crease which has been exaggerated by our scanner. Note that the image of the star shown here alongside the scan of the autograph is not included. Beautiful pin-up model and actress Barbara Loden was a regular on T.V.'s "The Ernie Kovacs Show" (1952) before landing key roles in films like Wild River (1960) and Splendor in the Grass (1961). She was sometimes compared in her acting style to Marilyn Monroe. She died of cancer at the age of 48, having signed very little during her brief lifetime.
