Uncommon vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed in brown fountain pen in the late 1970s. In good condition, overall, with a few minor handling dings, invisible when the photo is viewed head-on, and some flecks inherent in the image itself, in her hair and to the right of her head. Priced accordingly. Gorgeous jazz and pop singer Julie London's smoky, sensual voice still thrills music lovers. Her signature song was 1955's "Cry Me a River".  She was also an occasional film actress, noteworthy opposite Gary Cooper in Man of the West (1958) and Robert Mitchum in The Wonderful Country (1959). In the 1970s, she gained new fame as the star of T.V.'s "Emergency!" (1972-1979).
