Scarce vintage inscribed blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch off-white card, acquired in-person by indefatigable autograph hound John Virzi in the 1960s and decorated with a small magazine image. In good condition. Note that the image of the actor accompanying the scan of the signed item here is not actually included with the piece.  English-born supporting actor Victor Maddern  was memorable in classic films like Operation Disaster (1950); Terror on a Train (1953); The End of the Affair (1955); Court Martial (1950); Footsteps in the Fog (1955); Saint Joan (1957); Menace in the Night (1957); horror's Blood of the Vampire (1958), Psycho-Circus (1966) and The Lost Continent (1968); Sink the Bismarck! (1960); Exodus (1960); Bunny Lake Is Missing (1965); and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968).  He also had a recurring role as Robson on two dozen episodes of T.V.'s "Doctor Who" in 1968.
