Nice vintage 4x6-inch black and white postcard portrait, boldly signed with his name alone in black felt-tip pen in his later years. In good condition, with one tiny fleck of soiling to the right of his head. Beyond his many wonderful film credits, great French leading man, director and artist Jean Marais is remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy buffs for his titular role in frequent collaborator Jean Cocteau's Beauty and the Beast in 1946.
