Cat. #0016642: FREDRIC MARCH

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Uncommon vintage blue ballpoint pen signature-- an unusually well-articulated example-- on a 2x4-inch tan card, acquired in-person by a busy New York City-based autograph hound in the 1950s. In good condition. Handsome leading man Fredric March is beloved of horror, sci-fi and fantasy buffs for his Oscar-nominated double role in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931). He further contributed to the genre with his roles as the weary Grim Reaper in Death Takes a Holiday (1934) and the bewildered husband of sorceress Veronica Lake in the horror-themed comedy I Married a Witch (1943).
