Quite scarce vintage inscribed heavy pencil signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person at the Hollywood Canteen in 1943. In good condition, with one or two minor flecks of soiling. Prolific character actor Eddie Marr played gangsters, henchmen, detectives, waiters, store clerks, mechanics, bus drivers, and other supporting roles in scores of classic films, including Mr. Moto's Gamble (1938), Sky Giant (1938), The Affairs of Annabel (1938), Time Out for Murder (1938), King of Alcatraz (1938), Mr. Moto in Danger Island (1939), It Could Happen to You (1939), Scandal Sheet (1939), Johnny Apollo (1940), Charlie Chan at the Wax Museum (1940), The Glass Key (1942), Rhapsody in Blue (1945), It Happened on Fifth Avenue (1947), On Moonlight Bay (1951), The Clown (1953), Indestructible Man (1956), I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957), The Helen Morgan Story (1957), and How to Make a Monster (1958). His extensive television work included two appearances on "The Twilight Zone" (1959, 1961), and episodes of "The Addams Family" (1964) and "The Munsters" (1966).
