Extremely scarce vintage 3.5 x 5.25-inch black and white postcard portrait, boldly signed in black fountain pen in 1936. In good condition, with some pencil and ink notations on the verso. Beautiful Egyptian-born English actress Aileen Marson was memorable in films like A Song for You (1934), The Way of Youth (1934), The Black Mask (1935), Living Dangerously (1936), Someone at the Door (1936), The Tenth Man (1936), and Spring Handicap (1937). She died while giving birth to twins in 1939, aged only 26, and her autograph is virtually non-existent in any format.
