Tough to acquire vintage black fountain pen signature of the legendary author and playwright on a 2 x 3.5-inch tan card, acquired in-person by a busy New York City-based autograph hound in the 1940s. In fine condition for its age, with a faint patch of soiling to the upper area, above the writing, where an inscription may have been airbrushed away.
