Leading man-turned-character actor Kevin McCarthy made many other contributions to the horror, sci-fi and fantasy genres, appearing in the "Long Live Walter Jameson" episode of T.V.'s "The Twilight Zone" (1960), Piranha (1978), The Howling (1981), Twilight Zone:  The Movie (1983), Innerspace (1987), Dark Tower (1989), and Ghoulies III (1991), among many others.
