Rare vintage fountain pen signature on a 3x5-inch portion of a pale green album page, acquired in-person in the 1930s.  In good condition, with irregular trimming to the edges, and suitable for matting.  Note that the image of the star shown alongside the autograph here is not actually included with the item.  German-born Greta Meyer was one of the silver screen's most active little-old-lady character actresses, playing mothers, grandmothers, aunts, society matrons, neighbors, and housekeepers in silent and early talkie classics like Tonight or Never (1931), Grand Hotel (1932), The White Sister (1933), Jennie Gerhardt (1933), Private Scandal (1934), The Mighty Barnum (1934), Naughty Marietta (1935), Diamond Jim (1935), The Gorgeous Hussy (1936), Suzy (1936), Night of Mystery (1937), Heidi (1937), The Great Waltz (1938), The Women (1939), Four Sons (1940), Million Dollar Baby (1941), and They Got Me Covered (1943).
