Handsome 7.85 x 10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed in black fountain pen with his name alone in the late 1940s. In good condition, with the right border trimmed away for framing purposes. Among his countless credits in classic films of the 1930s and 1940s, leading man and Oscar winner Ray Milland is remembered by horror and sci-fi fans for his roles in The Uninvited (1944), The Premature Burial (1962), X:  The Man with X-Ray Eyes (1963), Frogs (1972), The Thing with Two Heads (1972), Terror in the Wax Museum (1973), Look What Happened to Rosemary's Baby (1976), The House in Nightmare Park (1977), The Uncanny (1977), Cruise Into Terror (1978), The Darker Side of Terror (1979), The Attic (1980), The Sea Serpent (1984), and Sherlock Holmes and the Mask of Death (1984), which starred Peter Cushing as the titular gumshoe.
