RARE and beautiful 8x10-inch black and white portrait, blind-stamped by Hal Phyfe, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen in the early 1930s, not long after she survived the deadly Southern Pacific Argonaut train wreck of 1931, alongside Warner Baxter and Edmund Lowe. In good condition.  Gorgeous Spanish glamour icon, film actress, dancer, and singer Conchita Montenegro was memorable in the westerns The Cisco Kid (1931) and The Gay Caballero (1932). This is just the fifth example of her autograph we've seen in three decades.
