Increasingly rare and incontrovertibly authentic inscribed signature in blue fine-tip pen on a 3.25 x 5-inch slip of paper, acquired in-person by a personal friend of ours after the actor deboarded a plane at LAX in May of 2011.  A few negligible crinkles, but in good condition, overall. Suitable for matting.  Popular Cory Monteith first came to fame as Kahill in 2006's Final Destination 3, and went on to land the plum role of Finn Hudson on T.V.'s "Glee" (2009-2013).  During the run of the show, he died tragically of a heroin and alcohol overdose, aged only 31 years.  Non-forged examples of his autograph are getting extremely difficult to find.
