Cat. #001731522: CONSTANCE MOORE

Bold vintage signature in blue fountain pen on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in 1956, accompanied by an 8x10-inch black and white glossy restrike portrait in her prime. Both pieces are in good condition. Glamorous blonde singer and film actress Constance Moore headlined in a number of B-level World War II musicals, including Show Business (1944) and Atlantic City (1944). Among her non-musical endeavors were roles as Stephanie Kirkland in the mystery flick The Missing Guest (1938); Wilma Deering, opposite Buster Crabbe, in the Buck Rogers serial of 1939; and W.C. Fields' daughter in You Can't Cheat an Honest Man (1939).
