Nifty 8x10-inch black and white glossy portrait, boldly signed in blue felt-tip marker in the 1980s.  In good condition.  The big-budget Hollywood musical song and dance man of the 1930s through 1950s received an honorary Oscar in 1951 before embarking upon a second career as U.S. Senator from California from 1965 through 1971.  His transition paved the way for other stars with political aspirations like Ronald Reagan, John Gavin and Arnold Schwarzenegger in later years.
