In good condition for its age. Beloved English singer, and stage and film star Dame Anna Neagle was one of Great Britain's main box-office draws for 25 years, thrilling war-torn audiences with her glamorous, sophisticated characterizations in lightweight musicals, comedies and historical dramas.  She was especially renowned for her portrayals of real-life heroines, such as Nell Gwynn, Queen Victoria, Florence Nightingale, and Edith Cavell. The star abandoned the screen in 1958 and her autograph is quite elusive in any format.
