Rather uncommon 8x10-inch black and white glossy bust portrait on lightweight paper, signed and inscribed in black fine-tip pen in 1996.  In very good condition.  The extraordinarily prolific character actress was memorable in a mixed bag of dramas; westerns; horror, sci-fi and fantasy features; crime and mystery flicks; and comedies, including No Sad Songs for Me (1950); The Big Heat (1953); Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960), as the voice of Norman's viperish mother; The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962); Twilight of Honor (1963); The Reluctant Astronaut (1967); Disney's The Rescuers (1977) and The Fox and the Hound (1981); and The Horse Whisperer (1998). On T.V., she was memorable on classic episodes of "The Twilight Zone" (1962-1963) and "Columbo" (1973, 1978); as Sally Fergus on "Gunsmoke" (1957-1972) and the spin-off "Dirty Sally" (1974); as Holly Grainger on "The Virginian" (1963-1970); and as Rose's sassy mother on "The Golden Girls" (1985).
