Scarce vintage 3.5 x 5.25-inch black and white English postcard portrait, boldly signed in green fountain pen in the early 1930s. In good condition. Funnyman Jack Oakie was nominated for an Academy Award for his still hilarious portrayal of Benzino Napaloni-- a send-up of Benito Mussolini-- in Charlie Chaplin's The Great Dictator (1942).
