Exceptionally uncommon vintage inscribed purple ballpoint pen signature on a 3x5-inch portion of a tan album page, acquired in-person by child autograph hounds Rose and Irene Gellar in Hollywood in the 1950s. In good condition and accompanied by a small computer-printed image of the star. Character actor Robert Osterloh played men of authority in B-movies of the 1940s and 1950s, notable as Tommy Ryley in White Heat (1949), Major White in The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) and F.B.I. Agent Johnson in Baby Face Nelson (1957). He was also memorable in supporting roles in Gun Crazy (1950) and Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956), and in the occasional A-lister, portraying Ben in The Wild One (1953), Sam in Inherit the Wind (1960) and Mr. Fountain in the horror classic Rosemary's Baby (1968).
