Scarce vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1940s. In good condition for its age, with some minor surface creases. By her own reckoning, blonde character actress Lee Patrick "played them all: Big sister, society matron, hooker, wisecracker, bubble dancer, nuthouse inmate, and even a song and dance girl." Perhaps best remembered for her portrayal of Effie Perrine, Humphrey Bogart's ever-loving secretary, in The Maltese Falcon (1941), she also stole every scene as a mixed bag of hard-boiled bitches and stuck-up matrons in films like In This Our Life (1942), Now, Voyager (1942), A Night to Remember (1942), Mildred Pierce (1945), Inner Sanctum (1948), The Snake Pit (1948), Caged (1950), Auntie Mame (1958), Vertigo (1958), and Pillow Talk (1959).  From 1953 to 1955, she also played the flighty Henrietta on the popular fantasy-themed T.V. sitcom "Topper."
