Exceedingly rare vintage black fountain pen signature of the legendary Universal Studios movie make-up artist, who created some of the most iconic creatures in their classic horror pantheon, given as an ownership label on the verso of a 4x5-inch black and white snapshot from his personal scrapbook, shown making up actor John Litel as General Robert E. Lee in 1944 for Salome, Where She Danced (1945). In good condition and just the fifth example we have encountered in over 35 years.
