EXCEPTIONALLY rare vintage inscribed signature in violet fountain pen on a 3x5-inch white card, acquired in-person by indefatigable autograph hound Joe Forrest in the late 1950s or early 1960s. In good condition and mattable, with effort. One of the only authentic examples of his autograph we have ever encountered. Dashing British leading man David Peel created one of the most memorable vampires in horror film history as Baron Meinster in Hammer Films' The Brides of Dracula (1960).  He went on to a small role in The Hands of Orlac (1960) before abandoning acting in favor of an entirely new career as an antiques dealer. A private, elusive man, his autograph is highly sought and virtually impossible to find in any format.
