Tough to acquire vintage black fountain pen signature on a 3.5 x 4.75-inch pale pink autograph album page, acquired in-person in England in the 1930s. In good condition for its age, with a few minor flecks of soiling, well away from the writing. Great, classically-trained English character actor Leslie Perrins excelled at playing sophisticated, well-heeled villains, noteworthy in the Sherlock Holmes films The Fatal Hour (1931) and The Triumph of Sherlock Holmes (1935); the crime flick White Face (1932); The Scotland Yard Mystery (1934); and the Boris Karloff horror classic The Haunted Strangler (1958).
