Perfect signature in marker on a 3x5-inch orange card, acquired in-person at Sportman's Lodge in Studio City, California in 2011.  In excellent condition and just right for matting.  Gifted Philippines-born Lou Diamond Phillips has given strong performances in films like La Bamba (1997), Stand and Deliver (1988), Young Guns (1988), and Courage Under Fire (1996).
