Quite scarce vintage 9.5 x 8-inch black and white rodeo image, signed and inscribed in black ballpoint pen in the 1980s. In good condition, with the writing just a touch light. Twangy-voiced character actor Slim Pickens spent the early part of his career as a real cowboy and the latter playing them on the big screen, perhaps most notably in Dr. Strangelove (1964) and Blazing Saddles (1974). He died of a brain tumor at the age of 64.
