Surprisingly uncommon signature of the pop singer best remembered for his horror-themed "Monster Mash", in which he does uncanny impersonations of Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi and Dwight Frye, in blue felt-tip pen on a 3 x 4.5-inch white card, dating to the 1980s.  In good condition and nice for matting.
