Highly uncommon vintage pencil signature on an irregularly trimmed 3 x 3.5-inch portion of a lined notebook page, acquired in-person in the 1940s.  In good condition, with one or two minor surface crinkles.  Nobody could forget hulking, loudmouthed, menacing character actor B.S. Pully, even if only for his portrayal of Big Jule in Guys and Dolls (1955).  He also stood out in Take It or Leave It (1944), Wing and a Prayer (1944), A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (1945), and A Hole in the Head (1959).
