Classic Entertainment Autographs

Cat. #002113: FRANK PUGLIA

Tough to acquire vintage green fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1930s or 1940s. In good condition and nice for matting with a favorite photograph. After making his debut in D.W. Griffith's Orphans of the Storm (1921), great Italian-born character actor Frank Puglia played frenetic, rapid-talking Italians, Greeks, Spaniards, and other stereotyped roles in scores of classic films and on countless television programs, including The Gay Desperado (1936), Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939), The Mark of Zorro (1940), No, No, Nanette (1940), Now, Voyager (1942), Casablanca (1942), and Journey Into Fear (1943).
