Perfect 3x5-inch white card, boldly signed in black ballpoint pen in the 1980s.  In mint condition and ideal for matting.  Midget actor Meinhardt Raabe played the Coroner of Munchkin Land, who announces the demise of the Wicked Witch of the East, in The Wizard of Oz (1939).
