Cat. #0030025: LEE REMICK

Scarce and lovely 8x10-inch black and white publicity portrait for The Hallelujah Trail (1965), boldly signed with her name alone in black felt-tip pen in her later years. In good condition, with a few minor handling dings. Dubbed "The Thinking Man's Sex Symbol", alluring Lee Remick was nominated for an Oscar for moving work in The Days of Wine and Roses (1963) after being oddly overlooked for her portrayal of a misjudged rape victim in Anatomy of a Murder in 1959. Later in life, she starred in two horror flicks, The Omen (1976) and The Medusa Touch (1978). The star died tragically of kidney and liver cancer at the age of 55 and her autograph is rather scarce in any format.
