Scarce vintage 8x10-inch black and white publicity portrait, signed and inscribed in brown fountain pen in the late 1970s or early 1980s. In good condition, with gentle corner wear. After a strong performance in The Singing Nun (1966), lovely Katharine Ross was nominated for an Academy Award for The Graduate in 1967. She went on to strong work in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) and sci-fi's The Stepford Wives (1974), after which she almost completely vanished from the screen, save for B-horror flicks like The Swarm (1978) and The Legacy (1978), and a starring role in Donnie Darko in 2001. Her autograph is highly elusive in any format.
