Exceptionally rare and truly remarkable 11x14-inch color lithographed portrait by M.I. Roris of the Roman Catholic archbishop who was a pioneering televangelist and prolific author, presently en route to Roman Catholic sainthood, boldly autographed and inscribed in black fountain pen in the 1940s or 1950s, and framed in black at the time of its receipt all those decades ago. Note that this is technically a Roman Catholic holy relic of the second degree, because it was touched and handled by someone declared "Venerable" by the Church-- the step before being beatified and then canonized. The portrait itself is marvelously preserved, with no obvious flaws, although it has not been examined outside of the frame; the frame has some cracks and wear, with fully intact glass. We believe this is the largest signed portrait of Sheen to ever have hit the market and it is eminently worthy of display in a home or place of worship.
